Holistic Medicine services
All office visits occur at the Holistic Medicine office, however, follow-up appointments may be done over the telephone. When a patient lives out of state, initial appointments may be conducted over the telephone as well.
Dr. Stockwell is available by cell phone for urgent concerns when the office is closed, including evenings and weekends. |

Payment
Payment in full is expected at the time of the appointment. Cash, personal check, VISA, Mastercard, and debit card are accepted. |

Cancellations
Once you schedule an appointment, time is set aside specifically for you. Missed appointments, and those cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, will be billed in full. |

Insurance
Appointments with Dr. Stockwell are not billable to health insurance companies. Patients agree to pay out of pocket for the care they receive.
Flexible spending accounts may reimburse for visits with Dr. Stockwell. Check the rules for your particular account.
Dr. Stockwell is an opt-out provider with Medicare. Medicare and GIC insured patients agree to pay Dr. Stockwell out of pocket for his services. They also agree not to seek reimbursement for services provided by Dr. Stockwell. |
